Getting You There

Visa support — student, visitor & work visas

The right university offer is only half the journey — you still need the visa to travel. Our advisors guide you through the requirements, documents and application for UK, Canadian and other visas, so you apply correctly the first time. And for the students we place abroad, we also help you find work once you're there.

Which visa do you need?

Pick the visa type below to see what's typically required. Requirements change regularly — our advisors confirm the current rules and the exact documents for your situation before you apply.

🇬🇧

United Kingdom

Student Visa (formerly Tier 4)

For students with a confirmed place at a licensed UK university. We help you get it right from your offer through to your visa decision.

  • CAS — Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies from your university
  • Proof of funds — tuition + living costs held for the required period
  • English proficiency — usually IELTS (we also help you prepare)
  • TB test certificate (required for applicants from many African countries)
  • Valid passport & passport photos
  • Academic documents, and the visa application & health surcharge fees

Financial and document requirements change — we confirm the current figures for your course and city.

🇨🇦

Canada

Study Permit

For students accepted at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI). Canada has tightened its requirements, so getting the documents right matters more than ever.

  • Letter of Acceptance from a DLI (with a Provincial Attestation Letter where required)
  • Proof of funds — often via a GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) plus tuition
  • Valid passport & photos
  • Statement of Purpose / study plan
  • Medical exam and police clearance where required
  • Biometrics and the application fee

Canada's financial thresholds and caps change — we confirm the latest before you apply.

🌍

And more

Europe, Asia, Australia & beyond

We support student visas for the other countries we place students into — the UK, Canada, Europe (Greece, Georgia and others), Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Australia and more.

  • Acceptance / admission letter from your institution
  • Proof of funds for tuition and living
  • Valid passport, photos and academic documents
  • Health, insurance and police checks where required

Tell us your destination and we'll map the exact requirements.

🛂

Visitor / Tourist Visa

Short stays — visit, tourism, family

For short visits — tourism, visiting family, or attending an event. We help you put together a clear, well-documented application that shows genuine intent to visit and return.

  • Valid passport and passport photos
  • Proof of funds to cover your trip
  • Proof of ties to home — employment, family, property (to show you'll return)
  • Travel itinerary and accommodation details
  • Invitation letter (if visiting family or friends)
  • The visa application fee

Each country has its own rules — we tailor the application to your destination.

💡

Why applications fail

And how we help you avoid it

Most visitor visa refusals come down to weak documentation — unclear funds, or not showing strong enough ties to home. We review your profile and strengthen it before you submit.

  • We check your documents are complete and consistent
  • We help present your funds and ties clearly
  • We guide you through the online application and biometrics

Honest, well-prepared applications give you the best chance.

💼

Work Visa

For skilled workers & job offers abroad

For those moving abroad to work. Most work visas start with a job offer from an approved employer, who sponsors your application. We guide you through what's needed.

  • Job offer / sponsorship from a licensed employer
  • Valid passport and photos
  • Proof of qualifications and relevant experience
  • English proficiency where required
  • Proof of funds, and medical / police checks where required
  • The visa and (where applicable) health surcharge fees

Work-visa routes vary a lot by country and job — we advise on the right one for you.

🎓

Post-study work

Stay and work after you graduate

Many of the countries we send students to allow you to stay and work for a period after graduating — for example the UK Graduate Route and Canada's Post-Graduation Work Permit. A great way to gain international experience and recoup your investment.

  • Available after completing an eligible qualification
  • Lets you work while you build experience abroad
  • Can be a stepping stone to longer-term routes

We explain your post-study options for your chosen country.

For our students

We help you find work abroad

For the students we place abroad, our support doesn't stop at the visa. We help you find work once you're there — so you can gain experience, earn, and make the most of your time overseas.
